I am a self-driven professional with a keen savvy for innovative solutions that excels in communication and high paced environments. I am a confident natural leader that can lead in a fair and empathetic manner.  I have a passion for Information Technology and thrive in an analytical environment and like field.  I currently am a leadership major at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. The leadership major has provided me the opportunity to grow within my role and understand key elements of various aspects of leadership such as, workplace law and etiquette, project management strategies and overall workplace administration functions within 3 categories: Research, Leadership and Diversity. Goals upon graduation are to embody each aspect of leadership learned through my ODU program within my current role and career. My goal is to go beyond IT management and embark on executive roles in IT in my current agency.
